| American Maritime Officers members working aboard the Seabulk Energy, here in Houston, Texas, recently, included PIC Observer David Roach and Third Mate David Franks. The AMO tankship PIC Dangerous Liquid observer program was launched for deck officers interested in obtaining a DL person-in-charge rating. The Seabulk Energy is manned in all licensed positions by AMO. |
