American Maritime Officers members working aboard the integrated tug/barge Groton, here in Galveston, Texas, in May, included Chief Engineer Paul Collins, First Assistant Engineer James Woodbury, Third Mate Mike Fahey and Capt. Logan Phillips. The ITB Groton is operated by U.S. Shipping and manned in all licensed positions by AMO.
