American Maritime Officers members working aboard the Jones Act tanker Pelican State in March, here in Corpus Christi, Texas, included Chief Mate Bobby Cates, Third Mate Erik Matthews, Captain Mike Lamb and Third Mate Pat Dowhan. The Pelican State is operated by Intrepid Personnel and Provisioning and is manned in all licensed positions by AMO.
