American Maritime Officers members working aboard the Jones Act articulated tug/barge Freeport in June, here in Mobile, Ala., included Captain Dan DeLaHoussaye, master on the Freeport, Chief Engineer Jay Fernald, Second Assistant Engineer Chris Cunningham and Third A.E. Brian Kelly. The Freeport is operated by U.S. Shipping Corporation and is manned in all licensed positions by AMO.
