| American Maritime Officers members working aboard the Jones Act tanker Pelican State in June, here in New Orleans, La., included Third Mate K.J. Robbins, Captain James Williams, master on the Pelican State, Third Assistant Engineer Nicholas Sicilian, Third Mate Pat Dowhan, Third Mate Chris Adams, Chief Engineer Chris Own, First A.E. Joe Parsons and Chief Mate Dale Harper. The Pelican State is operated by Intrepid Personnel and Provisioning and is manned in all licensed positions by AMO. |
