| The Maersk Peary served in Operation Deep Freeze 2012, delivering one year's worth of fuel to McMurdo Station, Antarctica. Re-flagged in 2011 by Maersk Line, Limited, the ice-strengthened tanker delivers fuel worldwide, servicing Thule Air Base, Greenland, as well as the research center at McMurdo Station. The ship represents Maersk Line, Limited's first polar operations. |
