| American Maritime Officers members working aboard the Pelican State in April, here in Houston, Texas, included Chief Engineer Jonathan Noyes, PIC Observer Henry Seidl, Chief Mate Dale Harper, Second Mate Quentin Peabody and Second Mate Tom Crawley. The Pelican State is operated by Intrepid Personnel and Provisioning (Crowley) and manned in all licensed positions by American Maritime Officers. |
