| The rigid-hulled inflatable utility boat of the S/S Curtiss is returned to the ship after being deployed. During the exercise, officers of the Curtiss brought a participating Marine to shore due to a death in the family. The ship's boat features a flashing light and can be used as an escort craft or picket boat in a foreign port. |
