| The M/V Joseph L. Block, operated by Central Marine, recently completed fit-out for the shipping season. American Maritime Officers members Chief Engineer Basil Friend, First Assistant Engineer Fred Vogt, Second A.E. David Liimatta, Third A.E. Charlie Hill and Third A.E.
