The ballot count for the 2010 AMO Election of National Officers will be held Monday, Dec. 6 in Dania Beach, Fla. The tally of ballots will take place in STAR Center's banquet room on the second floor.
The process will begin at 10 a.m. Dec. 6, when representatives of TrueBallot Inc., the AMO rank-and-file Tallying Committee and any AMO members in good standing who so choose travel to TrueBallot's repository for the ballots, retrieve the ballots and return the ballots to the room in which they will be counted.
Ballots will be verified for eligibility prior to being tallied.
The regularly scheduled AMO membership meeting will be adjourned at 1 p.m. (the time at which the meeting is scheduled to begin). The meeting will be reconvened when the tally is complete and the results of the count will be announced.
All AMO members in good standing can attend and observe the ballot count, and are encouraged to do so.
