The following information is intended to clarify requirements regarding requests for duplicate ballots in the 2010 AMO Election of National Officers.
- The deadline for requesting a duplicate ballot is Wednesday, Nov. 24. Any request for a duplicate ballot must be received on or before Nov. 24.
- Any request for a duplicate ballot must be made in writing - either by letter, e-mail or FAX. Requests made by phone cannot be fulfilled.
- Any request for a duplicate ballot must be for a specific person and must specify the address to which the duplicate ballot will need to be sent.
- If any part of your ballot package has been lost, damaged or destroyed, you will need an entirely new ballot package.
- If you have inappropriately marked your ballot or inner secret-ballot envelope, you will need a duplicate ballot package.
- Duplicate ballot packages cannot be sent by e-mail.
