Beginning July 31, the U.S. Coast Guard's National Maritime Center Web site will move to a new address: http://www.uscg.mil/nmc.
At the new location, the NMC Web site will use Department of Homeland Security template pages. While the look and feel of the site will be different, the content of the pages will remain the same as the existing STCW site, said Capt. David Stalfort, NMC commanding officer.
Using the DHS template pages, the NMC Web site will have a search function at the new address. The old address, http://www.uscg.mil/stcw, will redirect everyone to the new site location, Capt. Stalfort said.
