STAR Center has open slots in the following courses:

• Advanced Shiphandling for Third Mates: begins Aug. 9
• Urinalysis and Breath Alcohol Test Collector: begins Aug. 9
• GMDSS: begins Aug. 16
• Tankship Person-In-Charge, Dangerous Liquids (five-day classroom): begins Aug. 23
• Small Arms: begins Aug. 23
