The National Maritime Center announced an upcoming change in the hours of operation at the TWIC center in Chicago, Ill. Effective Dec. 21, the new hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
