Several Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) enrollment centers will change their hours of operation effective Nov. 23, 2009. All scheduled appointments outside the new hours of operation after the effective date will receive priority as walk-ins.

Several Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) enrollment centers will change their hours of operation effective Nov. 23, 2009. All scheduled appointments outside the new hours of operation after the effective date will receive priority as walk-ins.
- Bay City, Mich.: Tuesday and Wednesday 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Freeport, Texas: Monday through Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
- Guam: Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Muskegon, Mich.: Thursday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
