Mariners seeking to schedule examinations or to submit applications via the mail or in person during the temporary closure should consider utilizing another REC. The nearest REC is in Memphis, TN at 200 Jefferson Ave Suite 1301. Additional REC locations and application submission information can be found on the NMC website. The NMC will issue additional information and update the NMC website when available.
