STAR Center: Slots available for new class for Steam Assessments

STAR Center has added a five-day class from June 20 to 24 for engineers needing their NVIC 15-14 Steam Assessment sign offs as part of their STCW management level engineer upgrade requirements for those with steam sea service when upgrading to first assistant engineer. All eligible American Maritime Officers engineer members and applicants are welcome to apply to attend.
