AMO Plans: Reminder regarding new pharmacy benefit manager, effective January 1, 2022

As a reminder, starting January 1, 2022, the AMO Plans new pharmacy benefit partner will be SmithRx. By now you should have received new Healthcare ID cards showing the new prescription information for SmithRx, which you will need to present at the pharmacy in order to fill your prescriptions starting January 1, 2022. Please note: there will be no changes to the Plan's current prescription benefit design and the annual Rx deductible is still applicable.

There are no changes to the existing Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) information on your new Healthcare ID Card. All BCBS information remains the same and no action is required.
