U.S. Coast Guard: Medical Certificate e-mail application delivery problem

The following article was released September 30 by the U.S. Coast Guard's National Maritime Center.

Any mariner who submitted an application for a medical certificate to from September 21, 2021, through September 28, 2021, should resubmit their application package. Due to a technical issue, medical certificate applications submitted during this time period were not received at the National Maritime Center (NMC) and are not being processed.

The issue has been resolved and is now available to receive medical certificate applications. Please note, you will not receive a response of application receipt upon resubmission. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
