AMO Plans: Pharmacy benefit manager name change

The AMO Medical Plan uses EnvisionRx to manage your pharmacy benefits. EnvisionRx is changing their name to Elixir - same great service, new name.

What this change means for you:

• No need to take action
• Continue using your pharmacy benefits Member ID card. It provides all the information needed to process your prescriptions without interruption.
• Access your benefits and services as you always have, at envisionrx.com, or on our new site, elixirsolutions.com.
• Look forward to an updated Member Portal and mobile app, coming soon.

The AMO Medical Plan will contact you if there is any action that you need to take in the future.
