AMO Plans: Pharmacy benefit manager temporarily lifting 'refill too soon' prescription restrictions in states that have declared an emergency due to COVID-19

Due to the State of Emergency Declarations related to COVID-19 now in effect in multiple states, Envision RX Options, the AMO Medical Plan's pharmacy benefit manager, is temporarily lifting their 'refill too soon' restrictions so that AMO Plans participants do not experience issues obtaining their medication(s).

This temporary action will apply to both pharmacies and AMO Plans participants located in the impacted states and will be in place for the duration specified in the individual emergency declarations. As additional states declare emergencies, they will be added to the list of states to have their 'refill too soon' restrictions lifted.
