AMO Medical Plan now offering direct deposit for direct member reimbursement claims

The American Maritime Officers Medical Plan is now providing for direct member reimbursement claim payments that are processed by the Plan office to be issued via direct deposit. Direct member reimbursement claims are those claims for which the AMO Medical Plan participant is applying for reimbursement from the AMO Medical Plan, including dental, optical, scholarship and disability claims.

A Method of Payment Authorization form for the Medical Plan will be required, along with bank support. The form can be found in the Medical Plan Forms section of the AMO Plans website or by clicking the following link.
