Maersk Line Limited has established a company-wide fundraising drive to generate support for the United Seamen’s Service (USS), a non-profit organization that provides services and support for American merchant mariners and international seafarers. Maersk will match dollar-for-dollar all donations by Maersk employees to USS from February through October 2009. The matching funds will be presented by check in November at the annual Admiral of the Ocean Sea dinner in New York City.
