Ballots for the 90-day referendum on proposed changes to the American Maritime Officers National Constitution will be counted March 16, 2009, in Dania Beach, Fla. All AMO book members in good standing are welcome to attend the ballot count, which is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Independent firm True Ballot Inc. is administering the referendum and will conduct the tally with the AMO rank-and-file tallying committee.
