American Maritime Officers has reached collective bargaining agreements with two new operating companies on the Great Lakes.
The first agreement is with Port City Steamship Company and covers the St. Marys Challenger for a period of two years with an option for a third year. The second is a three-year agreement with Port City Marine Services covering the tug Prentice Brown, which will replace the tug Susan W. Hannah in the notch of the St. Marys Conquest.
AMO represents the licensed officers working aboard both vessels.
