At 4 p.m. April 8, the American Steamship Company vessel M/V Buffalo became the first vessel of the 2016 Great Lakes shipping season to pass through the US-31 Bridge in Manistee, Mich. American Maritime Officers represents all licensed officers aboard the Buffalo.
