Photos: OSG Vision weathers Blizzard of 2016 in Philadelphia

The following photos of the OSG Vision were submitted by Chief Engineer Jeff Thurman following the Blizzard of 2016 in late January. The OSG Vision was docked at the Rhoads Maritime Industries facility in the Philadelphia Navy Yard during the storm.
