Members of American Maritime Officers working aboard the M/V St. Clair in April, here at the fit-out dock in Toledo, Ohio, included Chief Engineer James Laparl, Third Assistant Engineer Dennis Brotz, Third A.E. AMO represents all licensed officers aboard the American Steamship Company vessel.
