American Maritime Officers members working aboard the tanker Houston in Saint James, La. in December included Cullen Bozza (Tankerman PIC observer), Captain Nick Colavito, Third Mate Patrick Maull, Third Assistant Engineer Todd Kieman, Second A.E. Andrew Larson, Chief Engineer Jason Lyons, First A.E. Morgan McCorrison and Chief Mate Carl Schoenbucher. With them are AMO National Secretary-Treasurer José Leonard, TECH Program Apprentice Engineer Bailey Chandler and AMO National Assistant Vice President Christian Spain. AMO represents all licensed officers aboard the Jones Act tanker, which is operated by U.S. Shipping Corporation.
