The following bulletin was released by the U.S. Coast Guard's National Maritime Center and is available in the 'Announcements' section of the NMC website.
Due to a renovation project taking place on Honolulu Harbor Pier 4, Regional Exam Center (REC) Honolulu is temporarily closed in order to move to a temporary location in the Dole Cannery Building. The REC will re-open on December 9, 2013.

Due to a renovation project taking place on Honolulu Harbor Pier 4, Regional Exam Center (REC) Honolulu is temporarily closed in order to move to a temporary location in the Dole Cannery Building. The REC will re-open on December 9, 2013.

Regional Exam Center Honolulu, HIREC Honolulu will not be scheduling application or examination appointments until the REC re-opens. During the temporary closure, applications may continue to be submitted to one of the other RECs. All routine REC operations will be restored following the REC's re-opening in the Dole Cannery Building.
