American Maritime Officers has reached new agreements with Port City Steamship Company and Port City Marine Services. Each agreement includes across-the-board wage increases and all actuarially required increases in contributions to the AMO Plans. Both agreements are retroactive to the contract starting date.
The agreement with Port City Steamship covers the St. Marys Challenger. The agreement with Port City Marine Services covers the articulated tug/barge Prentiss Brown/St. Marys Conquest. AMO represents all licensed officers working aboard both vessels.
