The following bulletin was released by the U.S. Coast Guard's National Maritime Center and is available online.
The Coast Guard is cancelling the current forms update and will issue the update in conjunction with the pending STCW regulatory change. The following information bulletins are hereby cancelled:
Mariners and other providers should contact the Customer Service Center by or 888-IASKNMC (888-427-5662) with any questions or feedback regarding forms.
USCG cancels updated forms for Merchant Mariner Credential applications
