AMO Medical Plan participants will soon be receiving in the mail the Plan's Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC), as is required by the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (also known as "Health Care Reform").
The information contained in the SBC - including the Plan's covered benefits, cost sharing, and exclusions, as well as its format - is required by the law. It does not change any of the existing benefits under the Plan, and requires you to take no action.
