The American Maritime Officers (AMO) 401(k) and Defined Contribution Plans are pleased to announce that updated Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD) have recently been mailed to eligible participants. The Summary Plan Descriptions are intended to outline the main features and benefits of each Plan and to inform participants of their rights and responsibilities under each Plan.
Please take the time to read the information carefully and retain it for future reference. Eligible participants who do not receive a copy of either the 401(k) or Defined Contribution SPD, as well as participants with any questions, should contact the Benefits Department at (800) 348-6515 ext.14.
