The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a reminder to owners and operators of NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) vessels that the one-time report is due Feb. 6, 2012, for those vessels that had coverage on or before Sept. 19, 2009. The EPA strongly encourages permittees to submit their reports electronically. More information is available online.
