The AMO Medical Plan and UMR are aware of issues with the processing of LabCorp claims that are being sent electronically.
If you are receiving statements from LabCorp for services noted as denied, please contact the AMO Medical Plan office at (800) 348-6515 ext. 12 or via . Please note: sensitive personal and identity information, such as medical conditions and Social Security Numbers, should NOT be transmitted by e-mail.
UMR programmers are working diligently with LabCorp programmers to resolve these issues.
We apologize for the inconvenience as we work through this situation with LabCorp.
