American Maritime Officers has confirmed the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has closed its investigation of the protest filed by John Hearn over the 2010 AMO Election of National Officers, and the DOL will be taking no further action. The details of the results of the DOL investigation will be provided to AMO in writing in the near future.
