Slots are available in the one-week Towing Officer Assessment Record (TOAR) Course beginning July 18 at STAR Center. Applications for this course must be received by STAR Center no later than 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time this Friday, July 8, to enable the course to proceed. All eligible AMO members and applicants are welcome to submit an application to attend.
