Captain John N Hearn's challenge to the conduct of the AMO 2010 Election of National Officers and National Executive Board members pursuant to Article XI, Section 4(g) and Section 4(h) of the AMO National Constitution was considered at the regularly scheduled membership meeting in the constitutional ports of Dania Beach, Florida on Monday, March 7, 2011 and Toledo, Ohio on Wednesday, March 9, 2011.
The members in good standing voted unanimously to deny Captain Hearn's challenge and appeal in their entirety. This is the final step under the AMO National Constitution for a challenge of the 2010 AMO Election of National Officers and National Executive Board members.
