The Transportation Security Administration's Transportation Worker Identification Credential program contractor Lockheed Martin announced the availability of a new e-mail interface for the TWIC Help Desk to address questions from people applying for TWIC cards. According to the announcement, users will need to visit a Web site (http://twicinformation.tsa.dhs.gov/twicinfo/contact.jsp) and enter the requested information for the e-mail interface.
The Coast Guard has published an informational brochure about the TWIC for mariners. The brochure contains information about the TWIC program for merchant mariners and is available on this site.
